Verilio helps you look up a property, research planning information, and check permitted-development considerations for a project. It is a planning-preparation and research service, not a local planning authority and not a submission service.

Free Property Search. Property Search is free. It identifies a property and shows information from available planning data for general property and planning research. Check that information before you rely on it. It is not a planning decision.

Property & Planning Research — £19.99. This is a one-off paid research report for a specific property. It sets out researched property and planning information and context, including the sources used and the limitations of that research. It is not a planning decision and does not guarantee a planning outcome.

Permitted Development Check — £9.99. This is a one-off check for a specific property and project. It assesses the information you supply and the relevant planning considerations Verilio can apply. It does not guarantee that a proposal is permitted development, and it does not guarantee any council decision.

Planning Preparation. Planning Preparation is coming soon and is not currently available for purchase.

Verilio is not a local planning authority. It does not grant or refuse planning permission. It does not submit planning applications to a council unless a future service explicitly says otherwise. It does not guarantee planning permission or a particular planning outcome.

You remain responsible for checking the information Verilio provides and for deciding what action to take. Verilio's information is preparation and research guidance. It does not replace professional advice, or advice from the planning authority, where that is appropriate.

Some Verilio outputs may be produced with the help of artificial intelligence. Research, checks and any documents can contain errors or omissions. Review them before you rely on them or use them.

Property & Planning Research (£19.99) and the Permitted Development Check (£9.99) are one-off charges in GBP. There is no subscription. Planning Preparation is not currently available for purchase. Where a card payment is taken, Stripe collects the card details, not Verilio.

If you believe something has gone wrong, or you are dissatisfied with a paid service, contact Verilio. Verilio will review the issue. Where appropriate, Verilio may put the issue right or provide a refund. This is Verilio's customer-service approach. It does not replace or limit your statutory consumer rights. The Refunds page explains how to ask, and you can use the contact form.

These terms do not yet include Verilio's legal entity or registered address. [Business legal entity and registered address to be added.] Those details need to be completed before public launch.
