You remain responsible for checking the documents, confirming that the information is accurate, and deciding how to use them in any planning application.

Verilio does not submit planning applications to a local planning authority. It does not grant, refuse or guarantee planning permission, and it does not confirm that a proposal complies with planning policy or will be accepted by a council.

Documents may be produced using artificial intelligence. Output can contain errors or omissions and should be reviewed and corrected before use.

Payment, where taken, is a one-off charge for access to the stated document-preparation service, including generating, editing and downloading documents for your application.
