Refunds

Verilio charges a one-off fee for access to document preparation and download. Because the service produces generated drafts, refunds are considered case by case.

If something has gone wrong with payment or you cannot access documents you paid for, send a refund request through the contact form. Include your account email and a short description of the problem. Asking for a refund does not automatically change a payment.
