Uploaded files are stored for your application so they can be reviewed and used to prepare documents. They are not published as a public gallery.

We use your information to operate the service you asked for — for example sign-in, saving your application, analysing drawings you upload, and generating document drafts. We do not sell your application files as a product.

This page does not set out retention periods, a full list of processors, or a detailed lawful-basis analysis. Those details should be completed by the site owner before public launch, based on how the live service is actually run.
